I can still see the vision in my minds eye of light of the plants and ancestors blessing this communities healing gifts and hands.🙌 For any of you who missed the call I encourage you to catch the final ikaro as it had a blessing in there for each of you who were part of this container. May these beautiful medicine ways, ceremonies, frequencies and teachings continue travel in ways that serve the earth and heavens. Keep being your amazing, weird, authentic, beautiful, divine self. I’m sharing this sweet video from our last retreat’s powerful forgiveness ceremony. One of the guys came in saying, “Yeah right. I’m going to hold onto this plant and look at a fire, all woo-woo, and then it’s just all gonna be gone? Yeah right.” But by the end of the ceremony, he was in tears—he had a huge release, finally forgiving someone who had deeply hurt him. We need spaces and times set aside to do our deep work—outside of our usual patterning, outside of the noise of our everyday lives. I’m so so grateful today for the light of the plant medicines as doorways to our divinity. My last post was all about ayahuasca not being for everyone, but i will say when it is the right timing and alignment for you , it’s such a potent gift . Here’s to the practice of deep listening and trusting right timing when it comes to all the things.🌿🌍🙌

Our last retreat was so beautiful to be honest it Our last retreat was so beautiful to be honest it was hard to close… and…I don’t always feel that way. Lol⚡️🪽🌹🌲 But cedar really initiated us into new levels of strength , forgiveness and grace…Myself included…I let go of a few resentments I didn’t even know I was holding. This week coming home was extra tender in the human experience…and I have been picking lots of raspberries as part of my integration🥰 I have so much respect and gratitude for the people I get to witness showing up for life. It takes so much courage to face the human experience and move towards growth over stagnation, freedom over being comfortable, choosing love over fear I bow to the brave beautiful souls I have been blessed to know in such depth. It’s now been 15 years walking this medicine road. If at some point we have sat together in circle or ceremony some way or form of have simply shared the joy of our humanness and divinity all rolled into one... Remote or in person. I honor you, i see you, and say thank you to your spirit and the gift of sharing together beyond this dimensional plane. All of these experiences and connections over this lifetime … including the challenges, have built the temple of heart. Sending a Blessing to your heart and hands today. I love you ✨

I humble myself and know that God, Goddess, Source is boundlessly more powerful than my human ego, or any construct of power I or any others appear to have. And I ask with humility for the light of God now to enter into any wounds and reveal the belief that allowed this energy to bind me. I ask for the light of God to enter the wound, whether it be from lifetime or even an ancestral wound that I inherited. I say thank you that the Grace of God, Goddess, Source is now washing and purifying this wound, cleaning it and clearing it completely, across all dimensions and all space and all time. It’s a self help book inspired by plant medicine and how to meet major life challenges. I also write about Jesus quite a bit, so if that’s a trigger or not your vibe, this probably isn’t the book for you. The manuscript is around 50,000 words. What a gift to come to these lands to pray and be What a gift to come to these lands to pray and be in ceremony a little while. Everywhere on earth has a unique frequency. Utah has seriously surprised me in how it’s captured my heart over the last year and the amazing people we have met. The strong religious Mormon foundation here has created big trauma and also big big blessings. I am grateful to feel the love for Christ on these lands in a way that has truly touched my heart. Thankyou God. Thankyou Great spirit. Thankyou to the source of all life. Thankyou for the remembering our prayers are already answered. With faith as small as a mustard seed we can move mountains. You can say by the authority and love of Jesus I command any distortions, fears and pain to cleared out. I am divinely protected and supported and remember I am a child of the one source. I do not have to meet the challenges of life alone. God ,Goddess is with me and I am being guided in love. Everything is working for my liberation.
